We offer limited availability, renting our home for only 4–6 weeks each summer. If your desired dates are unavailable, please reach out—we’re happy to discuss potential openings or add you to our waitlist.
$10,500 / week
plus taxes (7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Bay County Bed Tax)
Additional $3,000 Deposit
fully refundable damage deposit upon satisfactory inspection
Check In is after 4pm Central time
Check out is by 10am Central time
NO Pets – NO exceptions
NO Smoking of any kind
Minimum age of primary guest is 25
Large parties and events are not permitted
Must complete elevator tutorial to have access
A signed rental agreement and copy of a photo ID are required for all reservations
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or more before check-in: 100% refund of amount paid to date less a $200 taxable cancellation fee
- 15-29 days before check-in: 50% refund less $200 taxable cancellation fee – 14 days or less before check-in: no refunds
- If 14 days or less before check-in: no refunds
Payment Schedule:
- 50% of the rental amount is required at time of booking to hold the reservation.
- The balance of the rent and damage deposit are due 45 days before check-in.
- If reservation is made 45 days or less before the arrival date, the entire amount will be due at time of booking.
